Goal
Give the potential buyer a realistic, informative impression before an on-site viewing. The documentation is also presented to the buyer's bank in order to support the securing of finances.
Starting Point
We were given plans for this beautifully renovated farm house.
Process
The process for documentations of this kind are mostly the same: a detailed appraisal is made of the property and building, photos are taken, plans are collected (and redrawn if necessary), a map is drawn, the documentation is designed, photos edited, text written and sent for correction, and then the final version is sent for approval. Afterwards, the objects are entered into online databases and other accompanying materials are designed (flyers, mailers, etc.)
